Cylinder head overhaulings or cylinder head repairs (e.g. valve tearings, etc.) only can charged for expense.
We cannot give a definite price before we gaxpert advice about the cylinder head.
Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 1
Cleaned in a hot water bath and glass bead blasted, Valve seat rings are expanded by spindling, stream favourable processing of the in- and outlet channels, valve guides are egalised, seal areas are planned , the cylinder head is completed with new seal parts.

Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 2
Cleaned in a hot water bath and glass bead blasted, maximum enlarged valve seat rings with to the outside transferred seal cones, stream favourable and relieved in- and outlet valves, maximum widened channel cross sections, intake tube adaption, seal area planned, , the cylinder head is completed with new seal parts.
More Power ca. 15%.

Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 3
Works as in step 2, but with changed setting volume geometry, obliquely planned cylinder head for seal increase to 11,4:1, with special racing valves with abgesetztem valve stock incl. intake tube adaption, more power after used control times and mixture preparation (carburettor and fuel injection system).
