Worth knowing things concerning processing and overhauling
On this page we would like to give you a small overview about the extensive cylinder head processing and overhauling.
Our processing can be done in exchange as far as the delivered head does not have any defects. According to this an exchange within three work days is possible!
Only an optimal processed cylinder head guarantees correspondingly more power - one even is able to create a racing sport suitable unit out of a mediocre.
The valve seat width is moulded a bit more narrow, the diameter is a bit larger. This makes the discharge of the cylinder heads better.
But the seat width stay over 1,5mm and the diameter stay beyond the valve diameter. Therefore we have a little space left for cases when it is needed, e.g. for moulding at repairs. Furthermore the durability is lengthened. While moulding, we do a three angles step.
For avoiding a middle shift by cylinder head distortion or by deviations of new guides, the valve seat are moulded everytime when the valve guides are renewed.
