Cylinder head overhaulings or cylinder head repairs (e.g. valve tearings, etc.) only can charged for expense.
We cannot give a definite price before we gaxpert advice about the cylinder head.
Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 1
Cleaned in a hot water bath and glass bead blasted, Valve seat rings are expanded by spindling, stream favourable processing of the in- and outlet channels, valve guides are egalised, seal areas are planned , the cylinder head is completed with new seal parts.

Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 2
Cleaned in a hot water bath and glass bead blasted, maximum enlarged valve seat rings with to the outside transferred seal cones, stream favourable and relieved in- and outlet valves, maximum widened channel cross sections, intake tube adaption, seal area planned, , the cylinder head is completed with new seal parts.
More power ca. 15%.

Works as in Step 2 but with large inlet valves - On request with spindled camshaft channel for camshafts with maximum valve stroke racing.

Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 4
Works as in Step 3- Re-setting of the hydro tappet to mechanical, superlight tappet cups with inside pressure incl. adapter, as well as changed valve spring and extremely light titan spring plate, r.p.m. stable up to over 9.000 r.p.m..

Cylinder Head Processing Tuning Step 5
Works as in Step 4- asymmetrical valve guiding, new in - and outlet spezial valve seat rings, setting volume geometry will be changed at copy mouldering machines.
