We like to start up your 16V towards a 16VG60, but because of the extensive and different construction versions of the engine components it is not possible to name permanent mounting costs.
The following tuning parts are necessary:
- Cylinder head sealing Full metal, Price: € 62,-
- Compression reduction plate, Price: € 58,-
- Special Crank case ventilation with tube connection, Price: € 30,-
- Changed water flange, Price: € 79,-
- Fuel manifold high-grade steel, Price: € 120,-
- Lima holder „RPM”, Price: € 149,-
- Deflexion pulley kit for belt drive, belt take-up collet,

- Outlet manifold 165° „RPM” for G-charger, Price: € 99,-

- G60-Charger
- G-Charger outlet manifold Rallye-Golf (or special outlet manifolds 165° „RPM”)
- Charger holder with spanner

- 16V intake manifold complete Scirocco (or special intake manifold „RPM”)
- exhaust manifold 16V or blower manifold
- Digifant control instrument incl. Cable loop and all transmitter
(Temperature, CO-Poti, Lambda probe) - E-inject strainer, idle running stabilisation valve
