Mounting costs:
We like to start up your 16V towards a 16VG60, but because of the extensive and different construction versions of the engine components it is not possible to name permanent mounting costs.
Consisting of:
- Compression reduction plate
- Lima holder "RPM"
- Deflexion pulley kit for belt drive and belt take-up collet
- Special intake manifold "RPM"
- Fuel manifold high-grade steel
- V-belt 6PK2000
- Bypass tube kit for G-charger
- Special Crank case ventilation with tube connection
- Adapter plate for charger holder SMALL
- Changed water flange
- Outlet connection "RPM" 165°
- Camshaft wheel modified
- Long throttle cable
- Mounting parts like bolts (not for the cylinder head)
Price per Kit: € 1.198,-
Additionally, the following original parts are necessary:
- G60-Charger
- G-Charger outlet manifold Rallye-Golf (or special outlet manifolds 165° „RPM”)
- Charger holder with spanner
- 16V engine block
- 16V cylinder head
- 16V intake manifold complete Scirocco (or special intake manifold „RPM”)
- exhaust manifold 16V or blower manifold
- Digifant control instrument incl. Cable loop and all transmitter
(Temperature, CO-Poti, Lambda probe) - E-inject strainer, idle running stabilisation valve
